My stylist was BJ. She only asked what I was getting done. I showed her a picture of the front and back of what I wanted. She took one look and went to hacking away at my hair. She kept looking at the lobby instead of focusing on what she was doing. When she was done, she didn’t even show me what she had done. Just ushered me to pay. Now I have to get my hair fixed because it is uneven and I have patches.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I went for a haircut and specifically stated a bob cut that touched my shoulders and side swept bangs. The lady cut my hair to my chin. No side swept bangs. She was apologetic and kept saying she had never cut hair too short, but what was done is done. My hair will grow back. Unfortunately I have to now fix the pieces that she missed in the back. Very disappointed in this bad hair cut. I really hope that she stops talking so much and focuses on what she is actually doing to the customer in the future.

We always use this place for our daughters hair cuts. We check in online and they are quick to take her back when we get there. The stylist is always attentive to our request and our daughter is happy with her hair each time!

They do a good haircut but the coupons on Facebook and other places aren’t valid there. They need to fix that. I am aware that they are independently owned but if coupons are offered they should be valid throughout the franchise. They do however have a very good price compared to other hair cutting salons and the service is very quick and good so I do definitely recommend them despite the coupon issue

They did a great job on my boy’s hair!! Especially considering my oldest is very picky about people cutting his hair, he’s very particular! And, the staff is very friendly! They listen to what you say&how you want your haircut! Best place to go!

I am BEYOND upset, I never leave reviews and no matter how bad the haircut i usually just live with it, im not picky. But this is ridiculous. I went in at 4-5pm or so on Tuesday, Aug 2nd. I showed multiple pictures of the bangs and sides i wanted (long, covering my eyes slightly). I didnt have a back picture, which the woman mentioned. I told her i didn’t really care, as i said im not picky, as long as its short and even with the rest of the hair cut, whatever.
