Critical: QualityRun – (Don’t Walk) – away from this place if you don’t know the stylist! I have used this business for about 5 years and been happy most of the time, but after today, I’m done. My 20 year old daughter only wanted a basic 3 inches off her hair and got a terrible stylist who chopped up her beautiful long hair. It turns out that it was the same person got hold of me last week and ruined my hair. I normally get my hair cut fairly short but mine looks like a man’s cut. I walked out last week so embarrassed to have other patrons see me. I know the manager sees what is going on, and I have no idea why she doesn’t fire this employee. Run – (Don’t Walk) – away from this place if you don’t know the stylist! I have used this business for about 5 years and been happy most of the time, but after today, I’m done. My 20 year old daughter only wanted a basic 3 inches off her hair and got a terrible stylist who chopped up her beautiful long hair. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSometimes when I look at the reviews from the public and I see the minor complaints against such honest, caring, effort, forth going staff members, I realize the problem isn’t the staff. Lord knows, turn the finger around to the person typing in the negative responses to themselves because the stylists fix hair not people. God is not pleased when we rain on others parade so we should appreciate more that an individual is willing to display professionalism in this day and age. Sometimes when I look at the reviews from the public and I see the minor complaints against such honest, caring, effort, forth going staff members, I realize the problem isn’t the staff. Lord knows, turn the finger around to the person typing in the negative responses to themselves because the stylists fix hair not people.
