Usually a decent experience at this great clips, but recently understaffed and workers who just talk and avoid reading out names to give haircuts waited 2 hours on the app and one hour in the store and employees were just talking. The only 2 employees with a 120min wait. Just shows how lazy people are with no regard to other peoples time. Garbage great clips with push over management.

I took my daughter who had straight long and thick hair to get a hair cut. She had about 8 inches cut to shoulder length hair. The hair stylist messed up the back and cut a big hole into her hair. She kept trying to fix it by thinning the hair only making it worse. I asked her to style it in hopes it would look better. After she styled her hair she went back and started cutting in the back again – only making it worse. At that point I knew she had no idea what she was doing and decided to take my daughter before things got worse. The back of her hair is a mess and I am now trying to schedule an appt for her to get it fixed at a reputable salon. What a mess. Even the lady at the front desk kept looking over at the stylist and what she was doing . I do not recommend this place. I’m assuming she must have bought her license online or was bottom of her class. Awful!!! Also she never spoke to my daughter during the haircut which also made it more uncomfortable. Needless to say, save yourself the hassle of having to get your haircut fixed and go to a reputable salon!

Great clips isn’t that great. I had came in and made an appointment and I got a hr wait, okay. I went around shopping, came back an hour later and sat down. I was waiting for another hour which makes two hour wait. I asked when I was next and was told to me another hour wait. I had groceries in the car and everything was going to go bad. Horrible experience.
