My wife called up and got on the waiting list and I waited in the car while she went inside. After the visit her hair looked good. That evening after she washed her hair she found that the stylist had cut a 2″ gap in the front part of her hair on one side. The way it was combed hid the mistake. She was very unhappy and called to let them know she was not happy.

A woman name Eve cut my husband’s hair. She refused to cut it what she considered “short” because she doesn’t like short hair on men. Highly unprofessional! Wouldn’t recommend going there. I’ve lodged a complaint with customer service. If you’re paying for a haircut you should get the haircut you want not what the stylist wants!

Critical: ProfessionalismI visited this place two weeks ago and the service was fine. Hair cut quality was average kind of a run them through get them out feel. Flash forward to today. I arrived and checked in with a lady that informed me that there was an hour wait but that she would use a text service to notify me that I could receive my haircut when they text me to come in. She informed me that it would give me 15 minutes to arrive. I then ran an errand, came back and sat in the parking lot and waited, then the text came to come inside. Once I arrived inside I was asked to check in again. I informed the older stylist that I had already checked in an hour ago. She asked for my name and both of us could clearly see that it was not up there and had been erased. Maybe I did not walk the 40 feet fast enough to check in, I do not know? However, she informed me that she had customers and that I would once more have to check in and wait another hour instead of placing me in the correct order. She even refused to do so after I handed her my phone to show her the text that I had just received a minute ago. Terrible customer service. I will purchase my own clippers from Walmart before I will ever deal with that mess again. Food is always fresh and absolutely amazing! You may want to consider a “painkiller” drink!! It’s amazing. My wife and I always order them with the coconut rim. Wife said the grilled Salmon was good. I had the “Monte Cristo”, and was and always is amazing. Generally Not a sandwich fan but the Monte Cristo is must try. Nothing what you’d expect, very impressed!
