Pretty terrible service there. The barber shouldn’t be getting frustrated and angry because a kid won’t stay still and look straight. They ought to have the skills to handle children. The tall lady snapped at my 5 yo son saying “be still, you’re gonna make me cut myself”. It’s Over priced for a boys trim as well. On top of that, she did a horrible job doing a simple trim. Completed uneven. Won’t be back to that hole.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have used great clips many times nation wide. Yesterday at 3:32 i called the great clips on saint Simons island to make an appointment as i was having problems with the app . I was told they were not raking walk ins and i needed to make an appointment on line. When I told the female today what happened yesterday she yold me that did not happen. I re explained what iccured and she again tated that did not happe with an added, i promise you that did not happen. I asked, are you calling me a lair? She shruged and repeated it did not happen. I indicated if she was calling me a liar, i was not going to be staying. She shruged and told me to have a nice day. I left.. i will not be returning to the great clips on ssi. They do a good job and price is reasonable. Having a receptionist would improve the experience because without one, the stylists have to interrupt their work to address customers as they walk in.

Service was the worst. If I could give 0 stars that what it would be. Staff was so rude. We came in and she was glaring at us the whole time with a frown. Go anywhere else then there. They got mad because I put in the wrong name and made a huge deal. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! SO RUDE!!!
