I’ve been here three times. Each time, I’ve brought in a picture of myself with the cut I want. The first stylist, Eric, did a perfect job. I was so pleased, I went back when I needed a trim. I didn’t catch the second stylist’s name, but she did a nice job–not perfect, but acceptable. The third stylist, Vivian, after going on about how beautiful my natural curls are, took the clippers and sheared them off in the back, like shearing a sheep. Then she cut the sides way too short, leaving only a tuft of curls on top which she tried to comb out into a wave. It was the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. It’s been five months and my hair has finally grown out enough to need a cut again, but I’m not at all sure I’ll go back here. On the plus side, the location is convenient, the prices are affordable, and two out of three stylists were competent. However, you never know which stylist is going to cut your hair, so it’s a gamble. To be fair to Vivian, the shop was crowded that day, and she may have been in a hurry, but that’s not an excuse for sloppy work. If I do go back, I’ll go when it’s quiet.

I got my haircut today. Diane had me explain to her the kind of haircut I wanted and I showed her 4 times where I wanted my fade to go. I asked for a low skin fade that goes down and around instead of straight across.. She immediately started it wrong and it only got worse from there.. I went to a completely different store to have it fixed because the haircuts coming out of this store were mediocre at best.

Went to this great clips yesterday. The guy that cut my hair had no care in the world. Spent maybe 2 minutes on my hair and never finished it. Terrible blend, only shaved off one sideburn (I came home to fix it), stabbed my ear with a comb, AND made my mole bleed on my neck and it was nowhere near my hair line. I was wanting to tell him he did a terrible job but I was scared he’ll make it worse. Y’all couldn’t pay me to go back there.

Several times they have been closed during posted hours. Have showed up after 9:30 on multiple occasions and they are still closed and unstaffed with no posted sign. Posted hours state that their temporary hours are 9-6. If you don’t have staffing, then please post the staffed hours.

Please avoid going if you want a good hair cut and style. It is not worth it.The salon staff were very mean and rude and getting irritated when I was trying to get a good haircut for my son. They even said,’ this took a very long time than usual, this is not a barber shop bla bla…” also said “you are so pushy”the time took was only 20 mins!!!! The staff was rude and mean to me. They also messed my sons hair style when I went there before. I am not sure if they can say this to an Another customer?!

Flies and bugs everywhere in this building. Customer service is horrible. Employee is more worried about his dog outside than the clients sitting in the chair. Watched him walk out in the middle of a transaction with a customer to talk to his friend outside. Salon is gross, even the shelves are covered in dirt and bugs. I’m not sure what happened to great clips over the years but the store was just disgusting. If you can go anywhere else please do.
