It was my first time to this location. It seems like this place is perpetualy busy. Mostly because the area is always nuts. Check in online but just resign yourself to wait. The old lady receptionist was nasty to a stylist about taking a $100 bill. Unnecessarily so and it didn’t sit right with me thus the 3 stars. My haircut was just fine, no issues there.

The interior is clean and well lit. I used the online sign in to avoid a long wait. When I arrived I was in the chair in 5 to 10 minutes. The lady who cut my hair is friendly and professional. We had a fun conversation. My hair was perfect when finished. I intend to return for my next haircut.

My son was in earlier for a haircut. It wasn’t his first time. Not only did your barber mess up my child’s hair, the two stylist in the salon made jokes about him being transgender. My child left crying. I am disgusted by the treatment he received today. I don’t expect people to understand and/or agree with my child being transgender but I do expect my child not to be ridiculed during a service we are paying for.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. My boyfriend came in for a simple trim and were placed under the care of a older women. Not Ms. Peggy, but another older lady. She was extremely rude to him as he sat in the chair and would not do the desired trim correctly and follow the set pattern of the original cut and several times ignored is request for just a trim. Then she rushed him to the wash station and did a very quick once over. She left him dripping wet and expected him to just leave with shower wet hair. He had to ask another stylist to borrow a hair dryer to dry his own hair. And she still had an attitude towards him saying that she just thought he wanted to leave with dripping wet hair. Absolutely terrible. Management needs to take care of this train wreak and hiring more caring and kind staff.

Elaine is the best stylist in this great clips!! I couldn’t be happier with my hair. You can definitely tell she’s been in this industry for 30+ years with her ability to give a great haircut & style. I was unsure as to how I should explain what type of hair style I wanted, and she was so patient with helping me to do just that with showing me hands on what I was trying to say to her myself.
