Stylist was a little aggressive with her suggestions. Customer service could be better. Even though what she suggested may be for my better benefit, ultimately it’s my decision and I should not feel pressured to do what you say. Which left me with a not so great experience. The hair cut is what I needed but I’m not happy. And realistically I care more about being happy. May not make sense to everyone and that’s understandable

Extremely rude staff who refused to listen to how much I wanted to trim off and stated “You didn’t actually expect to come in here and get 2 inches cut off, did you?” I explained that I had a wedding to attend and didn’t feel comfortable getting more than that trimmed off until after the wedding. She then made another snide comment regarding how it’ll be another year before I decide to get another haircut. Regardless of how bad my dead ends are, it’s my hair that I have to live with- how much hair I decide I want trimmed off has no daily effect in her life- I don’t understand why she took it so personally and why she felt the need to make such comments. There’s a more professional and nicer way to address such concerns.

Do NOT recommend going to this location – or at least do not recommend Dana. Every time I’ve taken my family and had Dana do it she has done a HORRIBLE job. All the kids cuts are always the same and the notes are in the system and most of the barbers cut it beautifully yet every time Dana cuts a family members hair it looks as though a bowl has been used and is always uneven and i end up having to fix it myself (not skilled). This last time it was so horrible i had someone offer to fix it for free because it was so noticeable messed up. So if you have to go to this location – just don’t get the lady at the first chair

This place is a joke! Called to see if they had a chair open. Lady said we don’t have a wait, just walk in. I told her I was 20 min out. Get there and it’s a 47 min wait because they don’t inform anyone that you need to sign in online! Then the kid from the back comes out and says, hopefully these other people don’t show up!!! Why would they sign in just to not show up??! Great job at wasting someone time. Guess I’ll send my bill to the store since they let the employees tell the customer what ever!

Great stylist….most ridiculous check in process ever. No visible clue as to wait times. Sign in? Great…35 min wait, no so bad. 80 minutes later? Sir, you signed in but didn’t check in…it will be another 70 minutes. It’s an absolute joke, and I promised myself never again after the first time. Pay for a real check in system…good stylist though, terrible operations.
