After doing a little research on hair donations we decided to get my daughters haircut. Took her in today, yes we had 2 hours to wait, but the ladies in were amazing! Very friendly atmosphere. We cut 14 inches off to donate! It was a wonderful experience for my daughter! The smile still hasn’t left her face! Thank you for doing an amazing job! I just wish I had gotten your name!

I went in to great clips in Hinesville, Georgia for a haircut and was very lucky to be assigned to Tina. She was very nice from the start. I had received a bad haircut in San Diego two months prior, and I knew it was going to be difficult to fix it, especially with my super straight hair that does not normally feather well.

Getting in the chair was the hard part. Once that happened the stylist worked her magic. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did not disappoint. I wish I remembered her name. And to top off a great cut she gave me pointers on how to best style the new cut at home. The price couldn’t be beaten either. Less than $20! I will be back! Below are the before and after pictures.

I’m writing this review as a first time customer who is NEVER coming back! My husband and I checked in online to get him a haircut. I walked in a few minutes after him so I could park our car. When I walked in a woman named Ziri was laughing, not paying attention while cutting his hair, and muttered rude comments under her breath, not expecting me to be bilingual and understand her.

The online check-in feature is a mess! The store opens at 9:00 am, with online registration available 5 minutes later. EVERY time I try to register at 9:05, the site indicates a wait time of 120+ minutes, and “Due to the long wait times, online registration has been suspended, please check back later.” How can that many people register in less than one minute to create wait times of 2 hours +? Ridiculous!!!!!!!!! And it ONLY happens at the HInesville store. I have driven into Richmond Hill instead of messing with the Hinesville Great Clips!
