Great Clips

Critical: Punctuality, QualityWe checked in online and was told to head to store. We did and was told the app was wrong it would be another 40 minutes. We understood that things happen and take longer than usual so we waited. Got another text 40 minutes later to come in. Came in and still waited another 20 minutes. I usually let my thirteen year old go in by himself because he has for over a year and he has a baby sister who is adopted and has medical issues. To avoid exposing her to others and Covid we let him run in while we wait in the car. The hairstylist refused his service until a parent was present. Maybe this is a rule but has never been told to us in the last three years we’ve used Great Clips. We are fed up. Great clips in the last 6 months has severally gone down in customer service and the way they communicate with customers. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous and we will never return back. If you don’t as a company change your customer service and quality you’ll lose a lot more than valuable customers.
