I attended Great Clips on March 01, 2022. I have been a customer of this company for many years and have never had a problem with any hair stylist before. However, on March 1st, I had the worst experience. I was greeted by Victoria, and she was the one who cut my hair (or at least tried to). She was rude during the entire time I was sitting in her chair and was making weird comments about my hair. She asked at the beginning how I would like my haircut, but she didn’t follow any of the directions from previous cuts or what I told her. The haircut was so bad that I had half of my head super short and the other half long. The haircut was so bad that I asked for another hairstylist to fix it. She tried her best but it still looked horrible. I went home, and I had to use the clippers to cut my hair to a number 2. I was so mad because she never apologized for what she did; she only said, “that’s the best I can do! Looks good to me!” she said this because she was not the one with that horrible haircut. Never, never, never, get a haircut by Victoria at the Zebulon Rd location in Macon. I have read another complaint about her on google review after what she did to me. The bad part is that I had an important interview that week, and my hair looked horrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even when they became a bit busy, but I asked for layers and was given an uneven, lopsided haircut with barely any actual, proper layers. My son also got a cut the same day and there were spots that were missed, some random long hairs in different places, and his bangs were uneven. My hair cut before that, I had the issue of telling my stylist exactly what I wanted but was not given what was asked at all. Throughout the years, my experience has been worse and worse, as well as others I know and I really think I’m done with great clips.
