Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI do not recommend that people use Great Clips at Fury’s Ferry. I brought in a very recent coupon that was on Facebook that was for this specific location. I was told by the lady who would have cut my hair that they would not accept the coupon or any other coupons. I considered it false advertising, so I left without a haircut. Now, I see Great Clips has increased its prices substantially too. The haircuts I have received from there over the years were not good to begin with. It simply was a relatively inexpensive place to get my hair cut. I do not recommend that people use Great Clips at Fury’s Ferry. I brought in a very recent coupon that was on Facebook that was for this specific location. I was told by the lady who would have cut my hair that they would not accept the coupon or any other coupons. I considered it false advertising, so I left without a haircut. Now, I see Great Clips has increased its prices substantially too. The haircuts I have received from there over the years were not good to begin with. Critical: QualityIts been about 6 months since I’ve had a haircut. I’ve been trimming the sides of my hair but not touching the top. I showed the stylist a picture of my last haircut, and requested that cut again. The stylist trimmed the sides, but wouldn’t do any work on the top, even though I’ve had 6 months of growth. I asked them to replicate the style, but they wouldn’t citing the ‘person in the picture has shorter hair’. Yes, the person in the picture had shorter hair 6 months ago, being I was the person in the picture. And yes, I had shorter hair because the last stylist actually cut my hair. I’m very dissatisfied.
