She knew & applied the science of creating a Good Style from hair that’s usually clipper-cut (And looked like it: short, but jagged, rough edges) My last style cut even close to the Quality of this cut was in the mid-90s. Lisa moved to this location from the Bel-Air Road store. I tried other employees there, but at the end, I decided to follow Lisa. She does an awesome job with my hair. My wife will not let anyone else touch her hair since she has a hair with a lot of volume. I always tip Lisa $10.00 on my $18.00 cut. When she cuts my wife’s hair, we típ her $20.00. it is all worth it. She has gifted hands.

There is a reason people are backed up in line waiting for Lisa…she is just that good! There is nothing that makes you feel put together like a good haircut, and Lisa nails it every time. Cuts hold their shape for weeks, too. Please tip this woman like you are in a regular salon, if you can possibly afford it. Don’t cheap out just because you are in a Great Clipa. Lisa is worth every nickel.

First impression was staff was rude and uncaring. There was no friendly greeting that I am used to getting from a great clips. The first words out of their mouth was” Check in online?” My child was taken here to get some of her hair cut. She had a few spots where her hair was pretty tangled. My daughter started crying and the stylist had the nerve to say to her “my hand hurts as bad as your head does.” This did not make my daughter feel any better. This was a rude, uncaring and selfish thing to say to a child. We will not be coming back to this store.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe stores hours are posted they close at 6:00. I walked in with my son at 5:30. I was refused service because they close at 6:00. There was one customer in the store getting there hair cut. Great place! Brittany was my stylist, I walked in, only person in the salon and she greeted me nicely and even knew my name because I had checked in online. We went over my cut, got washed up and she cut based on a picture I had shown her. Super nice and had a great conversation the entire time. Super sweet, southern charm. Definitely would go again!
