We’ve been to this exact same Great Clips on more than one occasion, so I guess this review depends on who is working. I brought my son in for a haircut today. He is autistic, and can be a bit of a handful sometimes. He doesn’t like the hair to touch him, and would prefer to stand if he can. In past instances, the stylists have been patient, letting him do his thing and carefully and patiently waiting for him so they can do their thing. After roughly 5 minutes of work, which consisted of wetting his hair and combing it, another stylist walked past and stated “We can’t work on him if he don’t sit still.” So then woman who was working on him asked us to leave. I have never been so mad in all my life. I literally couldn’t speak and by the time we got to the door, was so mad I thought I might puke out of pure rage. This is unacceptable. Children with autism are more of a handful than people understand, and to even get him into the “salon” is hard enough. I appreciate them not charging us, but had they been patient and at least tried to finish, i would have paid for his haircut, plus tipped the extra $20 I always do when I bring him in. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place, not if they’re to treat a child with special needs as a hassle and not another paying cuatomer. Will this make a difference to Great Clips as a company? No. Regardless of that fact, I would rather find a place that didn’t treat my son and I like problem.

I went to this great clips because the other one was packed and had a wait. Now I know why this one was empty. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The women cutting my 3 year olds hair was on her air pods the whole time talking to someone else and also very rude. Haircut, Kids’ cuts

Very professional, your stylist will either carry on a conversation or work quietly, whichever you prefer. I’m not sure how well they do as far as complex styling, but for a basic haircut, they do just fine.

Before Sabrina even touched my hair I explained to her what I was looking for. She did essentially the opposite. It will take some time to grow out my hair after this butchering. I’ve had a few moments to think about it and I would like a full refund. Paying $18 for someone to do as they please with my hair was not the Great Clips experience I was looking for. Id appreciate speaking with the owner/manager.

My husband and son have been going to great clips for a long time now and we discovered Mrs. Tina about 1-2 years ago at the Mullins Crossing Great Clips location and have followed her to this location. Even though we reside in Martinez and have locations closer to us we make the trip out to Grovetown to specifically see her! She is an absolutely amazing stylist! She is amazing with my son and she cut my 4 year old daughter’s hair during our most recent visit. She was very gentle with brushing her hair and so sweet to her. She always does a fantastic job on my son and husband’s hair which, is such a blessing because they have had horrible haircuts from different Great Clips stylist in the past. She always ask how we are and what our family has been up to which has developed into a wonderful rapport with us! A great little place for a quick haircut. I checked in on-line and only waited a couple of minutes to get into a stylist chiair. I needed a good trim and Tiffany did a fantastic job . She was friendly and quick styling my hair perfectly. If you’re using Great Clips, I would highly recommend Tiffany again and again.
