I had my hair cut and it looked ok until I got home and looked in the mirror. I had long hair and at the front, the left side was 1 and half inches longer than the right. It looked really uneven and it bothered me so I went to a different salon to get it put right. The stylist told me that it had been layered at the back on one side and not the other. She had to cut more off to even it up all over. I originally requested to have 2 inches cut off and I ended up losing about 4 inches and now my hair is shoulder length. I will not be visiting this salon again.

Went in for a trim because it’s been a while since I got a haircut. Said I wanted a wet cut because I have wavy hair and wanted it to be even. Asked for a long bob: shorter in the back and longer in the front. Hairstylist barely wet my hair, it was damp at best. Cut the back properly but for the front of my hair, she moved all my hair to the back, didn’t wet it, and then just cut it straight across. When I asked her about it, she said it’s a new technique they use for bobs. Typically, my hairstylist will wet it and then cut it. My haircut looks so uneven and the front is way too long. She had a bad attitude the whole time. As I was walking out, she said “that’s my last client, I’m leaving”. I’m guessing she did my haircut like that because she was ready to go. Entire haircut time took about 8 minutes. I had to go to another location to get it fixed.

Online shows Sunday as 11am opening. Get there at 10:55 and the lobby is packed with the computer showing an hour long wait, while the online app still shows check in as unavailable. Sign on the door also shows 11am as opening. Glad I wasted my time driving here to beat the wait. Get your business straightened out.

I went for a trim of 0.5 to 1 inches. I’ve now got a 6 to 7 inch cut with layers I didn’t ask for and it is still uneven after going back to have it fixed by management. very disappointed! Haircut

We have been to this location several times and each experience has been positive. Today we got Alex to give my special needs daughter a haircut. She was phenomenal! I highly recommend this location. Today we downloading the app so I could check-in before we left the house and we had literally a 1 minute wait to be seen once we made it there. Again, phenomenal!

Love this place! Used to just stop wherever was closest to get a haircut thinking it would be the same experience anywhere until the hair stylists at this Great Clips made me realize it could be an enjoyable experience. No longer do I find myself putting off a haircut after walking in to see the 30 people waiting in front of me or shrugging off a bad haircut telling myself, “well at least it grows back fast”. I’ve never left this place without feeling good about the haircut, price, time and experience. Keep up the great work!
