I checked in on line and was given a 15 minute wait time. As I headed in my wait time went from 15 to 0 in a matter of two minutes. I rushed in immediately and was placed at the end of the line after the stylist let someone ahead of me (who hadn’t even sat down yet). Then I was given an additional 15 wait period. I don’t mind waiting in line but what is upsetting is that every time I walk in the people inside ask if you checked in online. Like it’s mandatory!! What is the point of checking in online if it’s not really going to matter!!

We’ve been several different times, thinking that it was just a fluke each time. Me and my wife went in and got hair cuts today. We had the best time with Jennifer and Dawn. I always get a perfect hair cut each time and my wife loves her new cut! I only get my hair cut here and I recommend them to everyone. They have fun and do a great job every time.

The wait was near non existant, and I was able to walk in after singing up online and get seen immediately. My hair styles was very engaging and very supportive of the hair style I had chosen. Since this was my first time having my hair cut extremely short, she was supportive and encouraging. Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff was amazing. I was comfortable and the prices are very affordable. LOVED my hairstylist she was quick, efficient and amazing. I will defiently go back!
