I went here to get my daughter’s hair cut. I got there 15 minutes before closing and they refused to cut her hair. I get that they closed at 5 but until 5 they should have accepted customer. I cannot refuse service to anyone before my job closes at 4:30 even if I have to stay later than 4:30 my customers will be taken care of. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Took my daughter here. She has super long hair. We asked the lady to take a couple of inches off. Just a straight cut. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. But after taking a better look at it we noticed that the cut was very uneven and jagged. I would not recommend going here. Go to Barbara’s Hair Designers if you care about you hair. She’s the best!

The place was clean and busy but we only waited minimal time and the staff was friendly. The haircut however not the best experience. We showed a very simple child’s haircut for a boy but came out looking like a straight buzz cut I had to stop her from cutting it even shorter than she already had. She admitted that she probably cut it too short and it wasn’t what we wanted that she was still learning but still charged me the full price. I understand everyone needs to learn but on actual people isn’t always the best.

Went there to try and get a last minute hair cut. Only walk- in welcome salon in town. After few minutes of observing, I decided I can’t let those 2 ladies cut my hair. Based on comments I did the right thing to get up and leave. Yes the snotty lady was rude from the get go…. and the other lady… not sure just her hair style made me say,,, I can’t let her or the snooty lady touch my hair… its 2 because they are walk in. And the place was clean.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m giving this place 2 stars because of the good haircuts in the past, but I recently got one from a woman who said she was cutting hair for 3 months. I told her I wanted 1/2 and inch off the top and she took off 1/2 of the hair I had. Not just that but on the sides I asked for an 8 and she did a 2 and realized dang wrong one and switched to an 8 and kept going. Now I have a bald patch on the side of my head. She said she was new and I realize this is only 1 bad job, but the fact they hired this woman is insane.
