I’ve brought my son to this location at least three times and have always had a positive experience. Today was awful. We were unfortunately given Chris as our stylist, and I could not believe the immediate attitude and combative demeanor he displayed. I even asked him what we did wrong to cause the unpleasant interaction. It was appalling, but after reading a few of the other recent Google reviews, he seems to conduct himself in this manner on a regular basis. Be warned.

Stopped for a haircut while traveling. Stopped once before and got a great haircut. Just could believe the attitude of the male stylist today. His demeanor was terrible. I almost walked out , but the manager stepped in to calm the situation. This guy was aggressive to the point, where he should not be dealing with the public. I let the manager cut my hair and she did a decent job. I thanked her for calming the interaction with the aggressive stylist down, paid her and left. Next trip through if I need a haircut it will be some place else. All I wanted was a haircut, not a confrontation with a disgruntled employee.

I went back for my second haircut…. Disapointed…..The place was empty, I mean Sunday Morning, 10am it was me and two male hair stylists. My haircut was completed with in five minutes, even after I asked for a shorter cut, maybe 6 minutes. No reason to rush. I am Not satisfied. Bad Haircut, it will grow back but I probably wont go back. Good luck Chris

Took my son to get a haircut today and the lady did a horrible job! The front of his hair is two different lengths, she mainly just used clippers when he wanted it trimmed so you can definitely tell where the clippers have been. She obviously doesn’t care if hair looks good or not considering it took literally less than 5 minutes to cut.

I took my grandson in for a haircut it was awful. Now I will be looking for someone to fix his hair on a Sunday morning. I paid for this hack job. Never again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know! Terrible , awful hair cut . I believe he could have cut his own hair better and he is 2!! Incredibly mad and upset. My grandson sat so still , the guy cutting his hair was terrified that he would cut his self. Do not waste your time, money or hair!

Well 25 minutes later an online came in and I had checked in way before they did. Well 15 minutes goes by and finally they finish with the two people ahead of me and then the online people come in. Was told they checked in 30 minutes before me and had been waiting a while. I tried explaining that I was before them. Was told I would be after them which at this rate was gonna be 2 hours. (The online check in had 3 people) so I told them to take me off the list I don’t have that time.
