The worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for my hair to be cut to touch my shoulders. It’s nowhere near touching my shoulders. I asked for it to be cut in layers. I’ve never seen a haircut like what I got. The length is longer on one side than the other. I wish I had paid a little more and went elsewhere. The lady that greeted me was very rude when I didn’t want to give out my address. She said the reason they ask so much info is so they can keep a record of the style you like. Not to worry- I don’t want THIS style. I will be so glad when it grows out! If I could have, I would have given zero stars.

The last two times I’ve gone, the ladies that cut my hair have majorly missed areas. They messed up my sideburns and around my ear. My partner seems to always get the good one. The lady who cut my hair kept leaning on my hair, placing the trimmer on my back, and poured out everything about her personal life. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I asked her to trim around my neck and it was as if I asked her to run a marathon. She still didn’t do it correctly. I had a big evening planned and I had to try to fix what she messed up before I could do anything else. It seems like every time I go back, it gets worse. So disheartening. Appearances are everything and they really don’t seem to take it seriously. I go out of town too often to look like I cut my hair with a blender.

Absolutely awful. First thing I said was “I don’t want to much off the top”. The VERY FIRST thing she does is cut the top down. Not only that, but she cut it uneven as hell and it looks awful.
