I visited this location for the last time going on 3 weeks ago on a Saturday around 4:30 PM. The place was closed with absolutley no explanation as to why. I did see on the door the notification about the new hrs during weekdays. After I drove all the way from Cleveland to the location in Gainseville that I’ll be going to from now on I checked the website to make sure I didn’t overlook something & of course it showed Saturday open till 5.

This review is actually for a specific stylist. Haley Owenby has been my hair stylist for years now, she is very good at what she does and always makes sure i’m completely satisfied with my service. I have never had any issues with my hair after leaving her chair. She takes her time to make sure any hair service you get is what you desire. She has been my stylist for 5+ years now and will be for years and years to come. If you need your hair done and you want someone who will make sure to do it the way you want please go see Haley! 10/10 recommend her!!!!!

I normally have a good experience here, but when I got a haircut here yesterday, Kathy seemed very disinterested and really phoned it in when cutting my hair. She roughly grabbed and moved my head aroumd like she was palming a basketball. My hair wasn’t messed up, but the haircut was not worth the $18 that I paid. I’m not sure that I’ll be coming back to this location.
