This place is awful, when I was little my mom used to force my siblings and I to go here because it’s cheap ( for a good reason.); their hair cuts are terrible. They are always way too short and never look and good at all. Now there was one lady who worked there that I have to give props to. When I went one time and got her as my barber she did a really good job, I don’t remember her name but I remember she was a smaller Asian lady and she was very nice and good at what she does. But besides her, the people are terrible at cutting hair and you should try to avoid this place at all cost!

Have been coming to the Sugar Hill Corners location for many years and it has always been a great visit and that is because Jana is the absolute greatest stylist!! I wouldn’t have anyone else cut my hair ever! I recommend her to everyone I know because she’s the best! We had two different experiences. My haircut was done by a super nice , knowledgeable and professional lady Ms.Delena. For a haircut we had 5 star experience. But the lady Ms. Kim, who greeted us when we entered the store was super mean and she also disrespected other customers. So giving one star because we had to experience this at the store. If it is not for Ms.Delena who cut our hair, I would not go here again.

Have been coming to this location for almost 6 years and have always gotten great service without much of a wait thanks to the sign up on line program! I can’t say enough about the stylist that does hair for my entire family, and several good friends that I’ve recommended. Janna is by far the best in town and has made us all customers for life! Janna is always very sweet and accomodating and gives great advice. I recommend this salon to all and remember to ask for Janna!

Do not bring your children here. Brought my 11mo old and 2.5yr old. Waited over an hour which is fine, I don’t mind waiting my turn. However someone walked in a requested a certain stylist. Because “she leaves at 2pm” she took them before my daughter. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the next stylist to become available. The gentleman did not have an appointment and we were next and had waited over an hour at this point.
