After being told by staff on a previous visit to Great Clips to always check-in online to avoid waits, I heeded the advice for my son’s and my next visit. Upon our arrival I was told it would be a minimum 30 minute wait and to have a seat. There was not adequate seating for my son and myself so we decided to leave. As we exited I was asked if I wanted to receive a text for when staff would be available to give us our haircuts, I replied sure, text me. Guess what….still no text. That’s ok Great Clips, I can get a haircut somewhere else by someone who values my business.

My daughter went in yesterday Dec 23, to get her haircut for Christmas the lady (I won’t say her name) didn’t listen to what she wanted and kept cutting till it was way too short that it looks like a boy cute and uneven that her friend had to fix it. She has always gone there but will not be back. She has not stopped crying since she walked out of there and wants to stay home for Christmas. This is unacceptable listen to your customers and what they want.

I was greeted as I walked in the door. They have a friendly staff. I didn’t have an online appointment but only waited for about 10 minutes. I asked to have my hair trimmed and Abby was thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend Great Clips in Senoia. Haircut
