I went to Great Clips Thomas Crossroads before I was heading out on a business trip last week only to have my hair washed, dried, and straightened. Valerie refused to help me. She made me wait an hour and 15 minutes until the other lady was free. Every time I asked how much longer the wait was, she would either ignore me, roll her eyes, or tell me “15 more minutes”. Mind you, I was the 3rd person in the door as they opened at 9am. This is not the first time she has done this. Rude and extremely unprofessional. I will be filing a Corporate complaint because she does not need to move to a managerial position.

I went in for a haircut today, and walked out with at least six inches cut from my length. I am terribly unhappy. When I said I didn’t mind losing a little length, I didn’t mean half the length of my hair. I didn’t even realize how much she chopped until I made it home. Here’s to hoping my hair grows out fast.

It’s uneven it’s not what he asked for. The cut is so choppy and uneven. I asked for a cut and style, my cut was ok until I got home and realized it’s uneven, the style… oh geez. I was asked do you want a flat iron or some curls I chose some curls… SOME not my entire head and then she didn’t brush them out into a style. I was embarrassed to walk through Kroger to grab a couple of things. I saw someone I know and she stared at me and asked oh my what happened? When I got home my husband asked the same thing… I easily styled my hair in about 10 mins myself. She didn’t listen to me and kept laughing and joking with the other stylists, maybe instead of joking around they should pay more attention to the customers.
