I love going to this great clips! I use the check-in feature on the app, so I never have to wait very long. When I walk in, the ladies always greet me and make sure that I’ve signed in. I’ve had my hair cut by 3 or 4 of the ladies who work here, but my favorite stylist is Katie! I take a reference picture to share my general ideas with her, but her advice and expertise with my course, curly hair is really what makes my here experience here great! l’ve been working with Katie for a year or more now and she never disappoints. It’s 5 stars for me!

Went in for a simple haircut. Showed the lady what I wanted and she said she understood what I wanted. She then went on to do nothing that I asked for. This is one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I will NEVER get my haircut here again. You should actually make sure your employees know how to cut hair and listen to people before you hire them.
