DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR. Literally walked my 8 year old daughter out. Explained to the stylist that my daughter has curly hair but her top layer in being weighed down by the length of her hair. Therefore we wanted to cut a few inches off just to see if it would help her curl pattern. I made sure that my daughter showered, washed, and conditioned her hair and I brushed it out while still wet to get it ready for her cut. We got to Great Clips and was put on a wait. No biggie. Almost 3 hours later it was our turn. After I explained to the stylist as I said prior in this post, the stylist procedes to tell me that my daughter’s hair was matted and that I would need to brush out her hair prior to bringing her to future appointments. Um, excuse me?! Who brushes out dry curly hair?! No one who actually knows how to deal with curly hair. Then she tried to just squirt her hair a few times with detangler then brush it. Uhhhhh no it needs to be wet! If you can’t cut curly hair just say that! Picture of my daughter’s “matted” hair.

Why is it that they don’t turn on online check-in until after the place is full? When online check-in is on, it’s always 2+ hours. Why aren’t they hiring more people to cut hair? I used to go here all the time but I haven’t been able to get in for 3 months. I’m not wasting anymore time tying to use this place. Haircut

Please turn online check in back on, so we can determine a good time. I just wasted 45 min driving to see there is a 2.5 hour wait. I wont be coming back unless online check in is working. If you open the other great clips at sawmill plaza it will bring more business as it is closer for me and lots of customers. I am a loyal customer and hopefully will be back when things are working normally. Thanks!

I took my 3 year old spur of the moment for a haircut, typically he does great and sits alone in the chair but apparently yesterday was a bad day for him, and the ladies there were FABULOUS! The lady who cut his hair was extremely patient and kind with him and never once showed any aggravation with him wiggling around and crying on and off while she was cutting his hair. But also the hair cut would not have even been possible without one of the other sweet workers, along with another who took over when she had to go tend to another customer, who offered to hold and entertain my 1 year old so that I could sit with him to keep him some what relaxed.
