Friendly and profession staff always does a great job with my haircut. Service is fast so your in and out. And now you can check in using the app and you can time your arrival so that you have no wait at all. For the $13 + tip, you can’t go wrong. And yes, please don’t forget to tip your stylist. They work hard to provide a quick and satisfying service. I’m always surprised at how quickly I’m back out the door with a great looking haircut. Thanks Great Clips! Excellent customer service!

I should have known better than to go to Great Chops!! I mean Clips. I went in on Friday evening showed Leo a picture of exactly what I wanted and explained to him several times. After he cut it I noticed it wasn’t quite what I wanted but I thought maybe when I styled it like I wanted it would look better. This morning when I got out of the shower and started looking at my hair I couldn’t believe it. It was horrible. I called and he answered. When I told him what was wrong he said to come back and he would fix it. I told him no way! I went to another hair dresser and she stated she had never seen a cut so bad in all her life. She said whoever did it had no idea how to cut hair. She had to cut my hair super short just to straighten up his mess.

I checked in using the mobile app. I had to wait for longer than the two minute estimate. But it was obvious that the hair stylists were busy. Melissa was the hair stylist that cut my hair. She did a very good job and I am pleased. I believe I had a good experience.

Great clips has made me not dread getting a hair cut. I hate making appointments for days or weeks out. I check the app and see how long the wait is, if it isn’t too long, I check in. There a couple of small issues that I have with Great Clips, first, the time on the app isn’t very accurate. I have had it tell me 5 minutes and I get there and I have to wait 35 minutes. Also, you never know which hair stylist you are going to get.

This particular Great Clips is NOT recommended to anyone. I received the worst haircut I believe I have ever had in my life and I am not a spring chicken. I wouldn’t even take a dog to get groomed here. There is another store in town, use that one.

Did not get the haircut requested (asked for a 4& 5 with scissors & received a 2&3 with a clippers). While discussing my disappointment with the stylist (in front of her child who was at work with her), she said that she was sorry. She was just ready to get home.

I’d like to begin by saying that the prices are great at great clips. $14 for a guys haircut. However, i’ve discovered that the stylists are hit and miss. Some are really good, take their time, and show a great attention to detail. Some, it seems, are there for the money. I’ve never had a bad haircut at the store next to the piggley wiggley so I’d go there. And again the prices are great for men and women, the lines are never very long, and they’re kid friendly.
