It’s the day before Thanksgiving and I needed to get three boys haircuts. I made an appointment for them and when we got there we only had to wait 5 minutes. All three boys got haircuts at one time. My two-year-old can be very difficult to get haircuts for but the stylist today was great. Kelle had me hold my two year old on my she was able to get a really good haircut. She was patient with him and was able to get all the areas that needed trimming. My 10-year-old and 8-year-old got good haircuts also. I’m from out of town with my kids need haircuts again we will go there.

The food has always been excellent. The service is just great. Everyone is friendly. I have never had a meal there that wasn’t great, and with the service they have, it’s always an A+! My son helped me grab a car that I purchased up in Pa, and we came dragging in around December 19th of last year. We had just enough time to sit down for an early evening meal. So, So, Fine!!! And So, So, much better than “fast food!”

I came in to get a trim and they still took me when it was almost 10 minutes to closing time and the lady continued to work on my hair for over 30 minutes after the closing time. The lady was nice but her voice was kind of rough and mean and sounded kind of rushed. They cut my hair pretty good (see the before and after, the after is the picture where you see me wearing glasses and a mask; they are taking the same day a few hours between). Everything went well except there was hair everywhere all over me including all over parts I had covered (to be accepted cuz it’s pretty normal to get here everywhere when you’re getting your haircut) and the lady cut a string on my mask, causing it to fall off (It was a cloth fashion mask).

NEVER AGAIN! Waited 80 min and received a call from Kimberly saying to come up. 9 min later I showed up only to be told I fell off the system and I would have to wait another 80 min. Kimberly acted as if we didn’t even talk despite showing her my call log on my cell. Make no mistake, it wasn’t the wait. It was Kimberly’s attitude and complete lack of caring or not caring in her case. That is why I will never go back. I’m sick of businesses poor customer service and giving money to support a local business when they hire people with Kimberly’s poor attitude and general disregard for any customers. Kimberly I suggest you not work in customer service. I will find a better place to give my money.
