Critical: ProfessionalismI always go here for my kids and husband!! There is a black lady at 10:45am 1/19/2022 she is very rude to me and my husband. She was also rude to other customers as they was walking in. I always check my children and husband kids hair make sure nothing was missed!! She said very loudly so if it’s not done right your not going to pay….. I said no I always pay but I would have it fixed…. Super friendly and great place for a haircut! Very reasonably priced too! Took my 3 year old here for the first time today. He’s only ever been to those hair salons for kids before so I was nervous he’d be scared. But, he did great! Sat very still, listened well and was calm and relaxed. His stylist complimented him throughout his haircut and did great work! The whole staff was great and very accommodating. Place was super clean and very tidy too!

The stylist was good and patient with my 5 and 6 year old daughters. However, they weren’t offering shampoo services stating it was because of covid-19. But still charged $16 each child to trim the ends of their hair the same price to cut and layer my hair. Super short wait times. Masks are required to enter the building.

I gave it 4 stars because everyone here is very friendly and they have a wonderful staff and the manager and short blonde woman have cut my hair great every time , but my only complaint is there is a oriental woman who works there and she is super sweet very nice, but just can’t seem to cut hair well. First time I let her cut my hair was a complete disaster and the manager had to fix it no problem. Been there 4 more haircuts since and then went back again and she was there so i gave her another chance thinking she has to have more experience now and I believe in 2nd chances. And messed my hair up again. Like i said she is super sweet very nice lady, but cant cut hair at all. I left upset and very dissatisfied. And when she keeps asking me how she can fix it i try and tell her and its like shes clueless and never went to school. I would recommend giving her some more training before id let her cut anyone elses hair.

Brought my 2 and a half year old son for his first hair cut . worst decision ever. The older lady with short hair was not never friendly and didn’t make any since what so ever…. Ended up walking out because she did not even try to talk and make him feel comfortable. . for all he knew he was at the doctors office about to get a shot…. Don’t bring ur young kids there…

Kara was extremely friendly and kind ! She trimmed my toddlers hair for me and gave her some toys to play with during the cut and did very good work , was making my daughter laugh and smile , much better than going to “pigtails and crewcuts” I def reccommend her ! And not to mention the pricing is very reasonable !(:
