I took my daughter to get a haircut. The 2 girls with the booths in the center across from each other need to have a training class in people skills. They were rude, a little discrimination and very unprofessional. The 2 ladies on the left side at the front and the back were very professional.

Love getting my hair cut here. Everyone is pretty skilled at cutting men’s hair, and they are very friendly. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because they have been short staffed for so long, and anytime you setup a online check in, the wait is 60 minutes minimum. I have waited 140 min before on the weekends. Other then that, great place to get a men’s haircut.

This particular location is the most inept, disappointing retail/service experience you can possibly have; even before COVID. I’ve tried four times to patronize this location and every time they failed spectacularly in new ways. The latest: we are “closed” at 6p with the door open and it was 5:55p when I walked in to be serviced. The only reason I didn’t walk in earlier is because I checked in at 4:35p with a 57 min wait on my way home from work. I watched the timer get down to 5 mins before i came inside while I waited in my car. When I questioned the time not being 6p yet, they said it was 6p on their end. Cellular devices run off the standardized navy clock that’s never wrong, so not sure what they are using to manage their time.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming to this Barber since I was 7 years old. I was checked in before 3 CUSTOMERS. One had checked in online but did not CHECK IN BEFORE ME. I was served last even after CHECKING IN BEFORE THE THREE OTHER CUSTOMERS. ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Since I was a “last priority” I will NOT COME BACK TO THIS BARBER/SALON.
