I made an online appointment with 11 minute wait time. I arrived about 15 minutes later and sat for over 35 minutes with people jumping past me for some reason. The haircut was less than up to the standards of the haircuts in the past. I may just go to the local barber next time and give Great Clips a rest for awhile. That and the fact the keep jacking up the price of a haircut. If I’m going to wait for an extended period of time, I might as well go to the barber shop and have some conversation while I’m waiting.

Will not come back to this location. I asked for a shave on my head, following the current cut, no fade whatsoever. What I received and did not know until I went home and looked at the back with a mirror, is a bowlcut. If I could give negative reviews I certainly would. The directions for the cut, which I have gotten for just under a year, were in my file, typed by a stylist, not myself. So couldn’t be miscommunication. Has to be sheer unadulterated incompetence.

even though everyone is super nice, i cannot seem to get a haircut that is right. i only get a wet cut, but when i get home there is always some in the back that is not straight. about every other 3rd one will give me a mirror for me to check it. Haircut

very rude lady. online and on the door said they close at 7. keep in mind it’s about 5:30. the lady gets rude and continues to say “online and on the door it says that we close at 6” no it didn’t. i’ve also had multiple friends who say their service is bad. lady was very disrespectful to both i, and my friend. we couldn’t get 6 feet away from the car without her getting rude. it was the MANAGER her name is amy. would not recommend this place.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and young son have been here several times. I brought my son today and asked for what my husband normally gets for his hair. They have issues with looking up that information but finally do. Once they see what I asked for they start giving attitude about the cut. Saying it will be too short and I will blame them it. No I asked for a cut and understand how short I am asking it to be. They just didn’t want to do it because he is young. Finally I had enough and go to leave get yelled at as I’m leaving. Completely unprofessional and rude.

Have not had a bad experience here. Friendly and quick.the first sentence is still true but I have my first bad experience there.one of the lady cut my hair wrong.very bad.cut one side much shorter than the other.and when she used the buzz cutters to cut the sides of my head she didn’t pull down my ear to do it.it kind of hurt.she comb my hair to the side to hide the fact that one side was shorter than the other.didnt know til I got home.
