My post was deleted. I took my son for a haircut and the stylist cut my son’s ear. We heard him say “ouch that hurt” and then she kept wiping his ear. I went over to look and saw the cut. She denied that she cut him and did not apologize! My post was deleted so I am reposting.

My daughter received a haircut on Saturday 2/12/22 at this location. I can Jones say I could have done a better job and I’m not licensed. I don’t know if you can tell in the photo but she has a couple of gaps notched in her hair. The women doing the cut seemed to be in a hurry. I didn’t realize this mess of a cut until after I had left this location. I can say I will not be back nor would I recommend this place or the person who did the cut Chris.

Absolutely furious about the haircut my daughter got here today. What was suppose to just be a trim to get some hair out of her face tuned into her hair being completely butchered. It took so long for her to build up the confidence just to cut her hair short (like she wanted) and we go in just to get it trimmed up and leave with her hair completely destroyed.

Our 7 year old is getting older and growing tired of the “take everything off” haircuts from Dad. He wanted a nice fade. Fortunately I came in and Miss Christina cut his hair so nicely. She was very polite and engaged him in conversation from Power Rangers to Ninja Turtles the entire time. I was able to check in online with the Great Clips app so we waited less than 8 mins! And just look at my handsome little man!
