Absolutely atrocious, brought my son (5) who gets haircuts every 3 months so it’s something he’s more than familiar sitting for. We asked for a mullet/ Mohawk since his hair isn’t long enough for the true mullet just yet. Specified to save as much length as possible, the cut started perfect was looking good right off the bat I looked away for a moment when I looked back up she buzzed half my sons head. When asked why she is giving him a fade she told me she wasn’t done and it’s not a fade. My son left the chair not even 10 mins after that and the sides of his head aren’t even blended together the back tail on the Mohawk is off center and he now has straight across bangs??? So correct it’s not a fade just a completely terrible haircut. I was offered no condolence or resolutions just that his hair will grow back get over it but lord were they still ready to be paid.

Don’t try to get here before they close. They locked the door in front of me as I pulled up in front of the building. I highly doubt I’ll ever be a patron of this salon in the future.

They said 25 minutes ended up being a hour then the girl didn’t want to wash my hair I have a handicap wouldn’t help me in the chair complained about the water getting in the floor because of how I had to set mess it was making I kept apologizing when I got to her chair and explained how I wanted my hair cut she still didn’t cut it like I asked and it is very simple cut she ripped my ear ring out of my ear with the comb combing my hair so ruff I asked her if she could blow dry my hair with a round brush she said that was considered styling and not allowed I THOUGHT I WAS IN A SALON HAIR CUT SHOP come to find out that’s where my daughter went and they mest her hair up as well SO WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GREAT CLIPS JASPER GA EVER AGAIN JUST THROWING YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty great place for a small town. Being from California I always gravitate towards smaller owned barbers. One to two chain type establishments. But for this certain hair style I needed to have absolute communication from the gate. They not only heard what I said but accommodated perfectly.
