I came here today to get my hair trimmed, I asked for just half an inch off my hair, however when my “stylist” asked about a grown out undercut I had about a year ago and i told her that I was letting it grow out. She also said that my hair was damaged which was caused by me dying my hair again, something I already knew and didn’t need to be told. The women then proceeded to cut about 4 inches off the front of my hair and and about 2 and a half inches off the back, in addition I also asked for layers which i was told “We don’t do layers we do short, medium, and long” and was given very choppy layers anyways. My hair was very unevenly cut just all around. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed and they said it was so bad the only thing they could do was to cut off more of my hair and blend the layers the best they could. It was not worth the money i spent and I would like a refund. IF you are thinking about going here don’t you will hate it.

Great clips opens at 10 AM. I let my husband out at the door at five minutes till 10. They did not let him in to have a seat nor did the woman who works there and walked past him even say good morning when he said it to her. He left! No courtesy at all.

I got there when they were to open. Shortly a women came and as she opened the door asked for a minute to set up. Watched as she and another worker chatted for 10 mins while I was still outside. Don’t know when they stopped chatting. I left

This place is dishonest. I went in for a trim. Jada was my stylist. After she finished my hair. I walk to the counter to pay her. My cut was $18. I gave her what I thought was $25. I accidentally gave her $45. When I realized I had given her too much money I called her back. She says I didn’t, but my receipt says other wise. I also talked to the manager and she was no help. She was supposed to call me back today but didn’t. I am very disappointed that they did this to me. I started going to Great Clips when I was living in Alabama where I grew up. Been in Georgia for 3 years. This was my second time at this Great Clip. Worst time ever!
