Critical: QualityI am not coming back to Great Clips. I asked for 1 inch off the top of my hair, and my hair dresser cut it unevenly across my head. Then, she continued to trim it repeatedly until it was relatively even. Before, my hair would go below the bottom of my nose if I pulled it straight. Now, it doesn’t even go below my eye. She was defensive and tried to call it my fault, claiming that she cut one inch, but it is clear that she cut off much more trying to be “fast”.
