This place location wasted so much of my time. I called and asked if they could straighten out my hair with the flat irons it was already washed. They stated yes! I drove 30 minutes it was on a Sunday not very many places are open on Sunday’s. I get there and they take all my information make me wait. Have me sit in the chair and said because you have tape ins we can’t do your hair. I stated I drove a long way if a tape in comes out I will not hold them responsible and I will sign something to say so. She asked the manager the manager said no! I advised when I called they should have stated yes but we can not do it if you have any extensions added. The manager said well I didn’t answer the phone. The first thing you learn in customer service is not to shift blame. They took no accountability and did not care about me as a potential customer and did not respect my time at all! Horrible customer service!!!!

I guess there is a first time for everything. This location should make sure their employees understand measurements, especially Tamekia. I asked for half of an inch to be taken off from the top; my exact words were “leave it at one and a half inches.” How come the longest part of my hair is at 3/4 of an inch. I understand I have thin hair, that is why I leave at one and a half. I have even shorter areas. I had to stop this lady because she kept going. Some areas from the top are as short as 1/4 of an inch. Teach this lady measurements. This has not happened to me before. Hence the expression there is a “first time for everything.” I am very disappointed, and I was so furious when I left, but I did not want to cause a scene. I guess the silver lining is that my hair will grow back, but what a horrible experience.

I always have a great experience here! The staff ifs super friendly. I went for a haircut today and I had Ashton! Which by the way she did an amazing job!! I have very fine hair and she managed to make it look more full and my bob is absolutely amazing!!! I usually just take whoever is available to cut my hair cause they all do such a great job but for now on I am sticking with Ashton! I love my hair and she is absolutely fantastic at her job!!!
