Never again. I don’t mind waiting, I gave my name and sat down as the screen said there was a thirty minute wait, cool, no problem. I watched as person after person after person after person walked in after me and my son and went straight to the front of the line. I was looking at the same thirty minute wait when I finally told the manager that if one more person that walked in behind me went ahead of me that I would leave and never patronize them again, I heard “fine” from her and thought I would be next. Nope, another lady walked in and went straight to the front, they called her next and I left. I don’t care about online check in, I was there in person, I waited, I got the back of the line as more important people walked in I guess. Never again.

First time visiting this location and Elysee was fantastic! She was very attentative and noticed I had psoriasis on my scalp. She used an appropriate shampoo for it and followed up with a nice hair cut/length as requested. I will definitely be back. Thank you for such good quality service

Very disappointed. Asked for about 1 inch cut all over and she cut about 2 – you could tell by the hair on the floor. Won’t go back – looks awful and I’m going on a trip. I even made a comment that I wanted it long enough to curl in the back – no length at all. And bangs to the eye-brow and they are way above.
