First time at this location (I’ve gone to Hickory Flat in past). I selected because they opened at 9am (vs 10am at Hickory). The Manager, Tracy cut my hair and was very friendly and efficient! They had a power outage during my visit, and she was still very attentive to do her best in low light (perfect cut!)… They have my business in the future!

I have booked the appointment for two people(Myname+1) via the Great Clips app. The lady who did my daughter’s haircut behaved so rudely in front of everybody and took me off the appointment and said that I thought one person getting hair cutting today, and you have to wait for an hour if I want a haircut today. I have been doing my haircut with Great clips since 2005. I felt very bad about the way she treated me in front of people. Several times they keep pushing my appointments down, but whatever she did today is not acceptable. This is the last visit to Great Clips in my life.

She’s been cutting my sons hair for years (shame on me for just now leaving a review) however on a recent visit she noticed he had some patches of hair loss. She said it looked like Alopecia areata and he probably needed to see a dermatologist. The next day I made an appointment with a doctor and sure enough, that’s exactly what it was.
