Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my 2nd visit to this great glimpse. Last time everyone was very busy, overwhelmed and my son took the time to go and get them some dumdum lollipops because they were out and bring them in so that they could have them for their customers. On our recent trip, in trying to describe the haircut that I wanted for my son to the older blonde woman working there, which I have seen several references to issues with this employee on their reviews, did not understand the haircut I was requesting for my son. I tried to explain and she literally walked off and told the other stylist to deal with it… LEAVING MY SON IN THE CHAIR WITH NO IDEA WHAT JUST HAPPENED. The boys’ hair looked good. The other stylist did a great job.What blows my mind is that the other stylist came out to reprimand me for getting “smart” with her in front of my kids. That the haircut was exactly what she would have done. “Us girls have been through a lot with COVID”. We all have ma’am. Hopefully our never coming to this location again will make things that much easier for you. This was my 2nd visit to this great glimpse. Last time everyone was very busy, overwhelmed and my son took the time to go and get them some dumdum lollipops because they were out and bring them in so that they could have them for their customers. On our recent trip, in trying to describe the haircut that I wanted for my son to the older blonde woman working there, which I have seen several references to issues with this employee on their reviews, did not understand the haircut I was requesting for my son. Critical: QualitySecond time here and both times the older blonde lady missed another patch of hair. Last time she did I went back in and she promptly went back over it. This time before I left made sure I looked closely for any missing patches and she made a remark, although not rude, totally unprofessional. She remarked that I should cut it myself at home . I don’t think she was intentionally be as rude as she sounded, but I do think she was being a little snippy. Second time here and both times the older blonde lady missed another patch of hair. Last time she did I went back in and she promptly went back over it. This time before I left made sure I looked closely for any missing patches and she made a remark, although not rude, totally unprofessional. She remarked that I should cut it myself at home .
