Checked in on app with 50 minute wait, received text at 4:59 pm saying I’m up in 15 mins and to head to salon. Arrived at 5:18 pm and was removed from list. Stylist defensively saying they have nothing to do with it and I’m automatically removed after an hour.

Ebony did a sub par job. I gave her a $2 tip, only because the business was very slow. Ebony should get more experience with beards ,and customer service as well. She was not rude but she was rough and sprayed water all over my face while scissor cutting my hair. My beard trim was not as expected or as usual. I come to this salon a lot, and will continue, but will ask for another stylist next time. I do want to point out , i see different ladies working every time i come. I think they have a lot of turnover.

Went in to get a hair cut before I went to work at 5. I walked in at 4:10 and there were 2 ladies working. One of the ladies was giving someone a haircut so she was busy, but the other lady I think named Rebecca was in no rush to give me service. She was in the back of the store doing something that was more important. I eventually sat down at 4:20 for my haircut. We did not get done until 5:08. I did not ask for anything complicated either, shave the sides and finger length cut on top. Very sweet lady, but extremely slow, she shaved my neck on 4 different occasions. Please go somewhere else if time is a factor.

Grreat Clips has been great. I moved up from Florida 2-3 years ago. I feel lucky to have found Gretchen. She is as good as it gets and I am thankful I found her. My Wife appreciates the job Gretchen does as well. I have had to use other professionals in the area when the timing was not right. Hopefully never again. Gretchen is worth the wait.

Quality of the haircuts is usually decent. I think $14 is a bit pricey for using clippers on the side and scissor-cutting the top, but not sure you can get a similar quality cut for cheaper elsewhere. They are usually pretty consistently busy and can run out of waiting room seating fast. I recommend checking in online, but I think they took that feature away on the mobile site in favor of checking in on the app. I refuse to do that because I don’t need an entire app taking up space on my phone for something that I get every month or two weeks at most.

I took my 9 and 4 yr old boys for haircuts. I was very happy they had legos there for my kids to play with. Other locations do not have anything for kids to keep them occupied. However we signed in online and had 0 wait time for both boys. They ladies were great with them and their cuts turned out great.

I should have posted in a timely manner but this still is frustrating. About 3 months ago, June 2016, I “checked in” via my cell phone and when I walked in Great Clips, I was next on the monitor. The lady in the first booth opposite the monitor acknowledged me. When she finished her client, she asked me if I was local. I am from Lafayette, my parents live here. She then took the person below me on the monitor. She did this again when the other hairdresser was done. I could not believe it. I have used Great Clips in Indiana for years. I move to Georgia and this store takes whom they want regardless in check ins. I got up and walked out. It was the weekend and I wanted to relax. I would have given that lady a piece of my mind and I would not have let them touch my hair after that anyway. I now go to Fantastic Sam’s in Holly Springs when in Canton.
