Kim was incredibly, incredibly rude. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she told me she didn’t know the number of clippers to use and then sighed aggressively in my face. I walked out before even getting my haircut. I’ve been coming to this location for much of my life. Never again. If you don’t want to work here please don’t.

Went there today for my 2 boys haircut. One of the stylist (younger tall one, had cheetah tattoos on her right shin) was very rude to my son and botched his hair. His hair is all uneven and not the style that is saved in the system. I have never had an issue with Great Clips system. This stylist didn’t even want to get out of her chair.

Incredibly rude lady. I don’t even know her name to call her out, but she jerked my head around and demanded that my haircut would not be altered if I wanted it shorter. I had to pick one length and that was it, on top. If I wanted my hair shorter, she refused to cut. She also refused to use scissors and would only use clippers to speed things up. I got in my car and was so frustrated. My hair is uneven in the front after all of that. I have been to many Great Clips shops and never had such a poor experience.

Just got my sweet toddler’s haircut this morning and had an entertaining and great experience. I wish I had gotten the name of our stylist. We bonded over shared feminist beliefs after a male customer wasn’t sure how to act like a human. She handled the situation so well when the man made snide remarks. She did a beautiful hair cut on my daughter and we will definitely figure out what her name is so we can have her next time. Overall we are delighted.

The fat lady was rude, the skinny lady was unprofessional and judging what I wanted. It’s not your job to judge, it’s your job to cut my hair. I never asked for your opinion on what I wanted from a personal level. Why you’ll you give it in the first place? Especially if it judges a, “man”(what she said). What does that even mean? Don’t go to this place if you aren’t ignorant (old-schooled) or whatever. I asked for layered and chopped hair. I know how to do the cut but I can’t cut my own hair. When I asked how I wanted it regarding the choppiness, she said what people do to get that result. She was correct in what they do. So I asked her to do it. She didn’t. Not even an attempt. I expected the fat lady to know how to do it but apparently she’s never cut hair before so she didn’t leave me choppy or layered, just less length. Terrible place, terrible people who’ll judge what they don’t like. Don’t come here. They got the length about right but it’s whatever because I can just ask my sister (who never cuts hair) to do their job for them.

Refused service to my three girls and said it would take to long to cut their hair. Arrived at 640 pm and they closed at 7. So will not be coming back to this location! Wouldn’t take long to take an inch off three lil kids heads!
