Critical: QualityWell I had to give a 1 star at this point because I went in starting 8 months ago and have gone 4times now and I was happy first 2times but the last 2times I received hair cut by 2 different women in which I received just a trim and uneven by a very noticeable amount, I’ve even told the women last night and she acknowledged it was uneven but did the same thing, for 18$ hair cut I’ve tipped 10$ the first time and 12$ last night bc I thought she was nice but I work hard for my money and don’t appreciate being taken advantage of! Well I had to give a 1 star at this point because I went in starting 8 months ago and have gone 4times now and I was happy first 2times but the last 2times I received hair cut by 2 different women in which I received just a trim and uneven by a very noticeable amount, I’ve even told the women last night and she acknowledged it was uneven but did the same thing, for 18$ hair cut I’ve tipped 10$ the first time and 12$ last night bc I thought she was nice but I work hard for my money and don’t appreciate being taken advantage of! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt was the worst service ever. I check in online at about 4:30, it was an hour waiting, so I got there @ 5pm, waited my turn till like 5:45 and when I told the hair styler that I didn’t needed a hair cut, just wash hair and blow dry (style my hair) she said she didn’t have time bc there where long line waiting to cut hair????? Really??? I will never ever recommend this place in Acworth (Hillsboro rd next to Kroger) I could have gone to another place, now it’s too late. I had a meeting to go tomorrow. Not only I lost my time, they lost a client, well actually my whole family, we are 4. It is very, very disappointing specially when you wait more than an hour and when is your turn the lady wish in her face you can tell she was unhappy tell you that she or no one has time to styluses your hair! I check in online at about 4:30, it was an hour waiting, so I got there @ 5pm, waited my turn till like 5:45 and when I told the hair styler that I didn’t needed a hair cut, just wash hair and blow dry (style my hair) she said she didn’t have time bc there where long line waiting to cut hair????? Critical: ProfessionalismI have used this facility multiple times. During my visit today I found the staff to be unprofessional. All businesses are faced with COVID restrictions. When I entered the facility for my appointment I checked in and was next to be serviced. A mother and daughter entered next to check in. The stylist approached the counter and immediately told the mother that she needed to leave the lobby, they were only aloud to have 3 people in the waiting area at one time. The mother asked if she could sit with her daughter. She was told no in a rude voice. At this point I cancelled my appointment and made it clear that I did not appreciate the tone taken. I drove one mile to Supercuts, had a great experience.It’s not the policy that’s the issues, it’s the employees lack of understanding and rudeness that I have an issue with.Service: HairstylingI have used this facility multiple times.
