Had a really great experience today. I’ve been putting off having other people cut my hair since I started doing it on my own during the pandemic. The gentleman who cut my hair today was able to do what I’ve been trying to in no time flat, all while checking in that we were on the same page the entire time. Love my cut and the experience. I will be back 🙂

Terrible experience, been coming here for years, but today it was awful! A woman who I believe to be named Bridget did not know how to cut my hair. I sat in the chair for an hour if not longer, I explained to her that the sides were not cut right and she refused to listen to me so Kevin heard me telling her what to do and he tried to offer his experience, she became very upset. I wanted him to help but she caused a big scene in front of me and all the other customers and she was especially rude to Kevin, who finished up my hair because she walked off. Kevin stepped up, he was great! Bridget was very unprofessional. I think she needs more experience cutting hair. I hope no one else has to deal with this from her.

Honestly my son had a really poor haircut from here today and when I asked the person there very respectfully to fix something that didn’t look right she cut a big lump out of the side of his head and then said it was fine to begin with. I didn’t want her to “fix” it further and didn’t realize how bad it truly was until I got home and had to try and fix it myself, and I have no idea how to cut hair. Awful experience. It might be cheap but certainly not money well spent.

Always a great experience here. The hairdressers are so nice and really listen to how you want your hair cut. They take appointments over the phone or by their app where you can select the time you want and make the appointment. They also have an online option to make the appointment at time you want,which is easy to use. My husband and I go here a lot.

Honestly haven’t had any issues here. Better than the John’s Creek location – the people working here are far less rude and they get the job done fast. Took the guy a whole 8 minutes despite me being difficult. When I’m more financially stable, I’ll leave him a bigger tip.
