It is a franchise and they have locations allover. I always look for one wherever I move. They are conveniently located in the Northlake Square strip mall/shopping plaza. This place is right off the 285 exit and it seats right next to the Best Buy and Aldi. I have been going there for quite a few years now. Good service but with the COVID 19, wait times can be long, just remember to reserve your spot on their web application. It was great to see everyone was wearing masks and sanitizing frequently.My stylist Janiecy was very considerate, careful, and gave me some really good tips for my haircare. They make decent small talk too. They say no appointment needed, just walk-in; but I would strongly prefer to check-in online, that would be a better option with no waiting in lines or store closed surprises. They do honor coupons, check your emails if you have an account or follow them on Instagram to get the coupons. They do need a receptionist though. The stylist should not have to leave their current customers to receive new incoming customers. They have ample free parking in front of the store with other shared businesses. The place is well maintained, clean and fresh. I took my kids for the first time here to get a hair cut, Seems like if you are a different race you get treated differently…. I ask for a light end trim for both of my daughters (3finger measurement) defiantly din’t happen their hair is extremely shorter than requested. Will never go back and definitely do not recommend it! Seems their attitude is no where near customer service -0 stars if I could very unsatisfied.

The lady with the short grey hair was rude the entire time. First she said she couldn’t cut it because it was too thin, then kept making rude remarks about how thin it was. When she was done doing what she was able to do to my bangs, she said “wow. Looks ok. I didn’t think it would.” I tipped her 120% to try to put some positivity in her life. I love the other stylists there and have been using this location since I was a kid which is the only reason this review has more than one star.

First time visiting this location. Trouble communicating with Stylist. Worst haircut ever gotten at a Great Clips. Will never be back up in that part of Atlanta but needed haircut as having two surgeries on Wednesday and knew that I would not make it back to my regular shop in time for a cut. Literally cut uneven with holes and clumps of hair. Very sad.

I’ve gone here to get my haircut since I was 8. Rachel is the best, but I’ve never been disappointed with my haircut. Wait time is always minimal. They do a great job here. Employees are great people who work hard. Always seem to love what they do. They make decent small talk too. Wouldn’t recommend this place, but wouldn’t be hesitant to tell others where I get my haircut. If you don’t want to wait, sign in online.

Just turned 61 and was happy thinking I could use my senior discount. Boy was I shocked you have to be 65 ro be CLASSIFIED as senior. I figure by then wont really care if they have discount or not because when 65 wont have a y hair to cut. Then tried to pull up coupon on my phone which did come up but wasn’t able to be put into their computer. The stylist did give a good haircut and I tipped her very well.

My 4 year old child received several cuts on his neck from clippers used to cut his hair. The hairstylist either was incompetent or just didn’t care, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
