The hair stylist on duty, this day there was only one, was so kind and accommodating. She didn’t take much of a break for herself for lunch because she had customers waiting. Even though I didn’t sign in online, I didn’t have to wait too long. She quickly understood what I was looking for, but was still careful to keep checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the length of both bangs and the rest. Other stylists elsewhere have just cut after first instruction and didn’t check in, and it ended up too short and me not so happy. But here, my stylist was careful and very kind and friendly. I ended up very pleased with my haircut! And the price is always reasonable! Thank you so much! I will be back!

Never had this kind of experience with Great Clips before with any other locations. Please do not visit this location at 4367 Lawrenceville Hwy Ste H, Tucker, GA 30084 unless you want to waste your time even if you signed it online. They do not follow online queue. I signed online when it showed 18 mins waiting but I had to wait for 55 mins, which I didn’t mind due to only two stylists and still they considered a lady customer who were not even in queue. Made me so mad because the stylist didn’t even approach me. And I left without a haircut even after waiting for almost an hour. Afterwards I visited Great clips at NORTHLAKE location and they were right on time. So I highly recommend NORTHLAKE location.

Wait time was minimal (on Saturday afternoon) as I used the online check in. My daughter was worried if they could do the style she wanted, but the stylist was amazing and took the pictures and my daughter was thrilled with it! Went in to get my daughter’s hair cut from below her shoulders to a short style she liked and a regular trim/cut for myself. Wait time was minimal (on Saturday afternoon) as I used the online check in. My daughter was worried if they could do the style she wanted, but the stylist was amazing and took the pictures and my daughter was thrilled with it! Terrible Service and does not always honor on-line check-ins – In my most recent visit on February 26th 2022 at roughly 12:30 the store was crowded with only 2 stylists working, this is normal for this location. I had checked in online since there was a quoted 38 minute wait. I arrived at the store when the app was tilling me I had about a 10 minute wait. Once inside, I took a picture of the waitlist that is displayed in the store so I could confirm my check-in (being legally blind I rely on my camera for zoom). I was able to confirm that I was the second person on the list. A stylist came up and asked the name of the person sitting closed to the register and then told him he was next (according to the screen he was not). A second stylist then came and took the first person on the list. At this point I took another picture to confirm that I was next but saw my name had been removed from the list.

I’ve never signed in to log a review.If you go to this location, do not allow the woman with the last name, Nguyen, cut your hair. She doesn’t know how to fade. This is made obvious by the way, when I said, “I want a half guard on the sides…” she interrupted me and said, “You know a half is really short, right?”If someone sits in your chair with a specific guard length and a clear idea of what they want, suffice it to say, they know what they are asking for. If you’re questioning them, it’s likely because you don’t know how to fade from that length. This was actualized when I left the store with razor burn on my neck from where she dug in the clippers, and how my hair looks like a toupee even though I’ve got a full head of hair.This cost me $20. I showed a picture of the haircut that I wanted, and the hairstylist just did whatever she wanted even though she said that I needed to show her a picture to blue able to cut my hair.
