Very disappointed. I’m usually. Not one to make reviews but I just have to this time. This is unacceptable…. The hair dresser that did my hair seemed like she had very little experience. I was polite about it and even left a tip, but I was left with a rather lousy cut. I have a bald spot in my hair now and it is not lined up well at all. I even had to cut a piece that was sticking up in the middle. I don’t like completing a haircut I paid for. I could, however, tell immediately that the cutter I had was not as skilled as the one I had prior. She did a dry cut–which is not recommended for my texture of hair. The results were what I would expect if I cut my own hair. I have had better experiences than this one here before, though. It depends on who you get. Be selective.

Wait was 69 minutes. I arrived after checking in online and had 15 minute wait on my phone. I was removed from the list and then told I would be next. I was skipped several times. What’s the point of checking in if I’m to be removed and then skipped. This location is too busy with not enough staff. Perhaps find more people to help take care of the customers.
