Critical: Professionalism, QualityWho do I write to in order to lodge a complaint about a stylist at 3805 Dallas Highway, suite 116 Marietta GA 30064?Samantha was very unkind, prejudiced, & unprofessional. I see several bad reviews about her personally on Google so this is not a surprise to her manager. I’m not sure if anyone cares but I felt I had to bring this to your attention.I went in, 1st time @ this location, & her first words to me was “when did you washed your hair?” She then proceed to tell me for the next few minutes how dirty my hair was. It was not. She even said “I went to school so I know what I’m talking about.” Then I asked moved her monologue to the hair cut I wanted & wanted to show her a photo of my last haircut & that was what I wanted again. She refused to look at photos because she cannot replicate from photos. I told her what I wanted verbally and she says, “ I cannot guarantee how it will look.” What did I ask for, trim with layers that I already have. She moved back to I need to wash more often & added a note about how henna was stinky & should not be used.So basically she saw a brown woman & decided to degrade me, call me dirty & uneducated, & tell me I’ll stink if I use henna. Not that it matters but I have 2 degrees from Georgia Tech.I won’t be going to this location. Critical: QualityMy gawd do not let Samantha touch your hair!!! She absolutely butchered my hair and did not even come close to the requested cut. Completely unprofessional, no customer service skills, used bad language, made fun of other customers – including a small child. She also complained that her bad attitude and mouth prevents her from getting the tips that the other stylist get… Yea, can’t imagine why?!?! You guys may want to rethink about having her on staff. My gawd do not let Samantha touch your hair!!! She absolutely butchered my hair and did not even come close to the requested cut. Completely unprofessional, no customer service skills, used bad language, made fun of other customers – including a small child. Critical: QualityI know that you get what you pay for, so I shouldn’t complain. Paid 32 bucks for me and my daughter total, both of us got cuts that took less than 10 min. Get what you pay for, I guess. Neither of us were thrilled. Seemed like they just wanted to get the job done.Service: Haircut
