I brought my kids in for a haircut. The online check in went fine, but we did have to wait 20 minutes. No big deal. The real issue is the stylist that was assigned to my kids gave them the worst haircuts I’ve seen on them. Uneven neck lines, hacked up bangs… My older kid actually cried about how bad he looks.

Stay away! Ezat cut a spot into the back of my head and hid it from me before I left. I saw it when I got back home and had to drive back to get it sorted. When I got their they refused to give me her license number until the GM got on the phone and told me to get it from the wall next to the station. Very shady! On top they never apologized and now I am stuck with this spot. In addition the place is dirty with hair not being cleaned up between cuts. I will be reporting to the state. Beware.

Got a trim because my wife said I was starting to look like Ringo due to my limited hair growth and the only one who cares other than my wife is my stylist(Pooneh) at Great Clips! They are very careful with the covid-19 rules so I felt very safe. I was a walking but got seated quickly.

I went to go to the Great clips in Kroger Center in Sandy Plains for last two years. My experience was excellent. We moved to this area and was trying this store near Home depot. The staff was rude. I was trying to start a conversation and she said “Hold on, Hold on!” I tried to explain how I want my hair to be cut, as i’m first time in this location. I didn’t get a confidence on her after getting her response. I don’t wanna mess up with my hair just before the Thanksgiving. I couldn’t be there for two minutes! I left and went to East Cobb center location and felt like I found back my awesome Great clips service here again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am sorry, but this was the most AWFUL experience I have had encountered for a haircut. Paul took my daughter’s hair, twirled it around his finger and then proceeded to take electric clippers to trim the bottom of her hair while her hair was wrapped around his finger. It immediately created a terrible trim line and what went to a one inch trim led to a three inch trim looking like a child got a hold of scissors to cut her hair. We have pictures to prove it! Paul does not need to be cutting woman or young girl’s hair – this is not acceptable! We immediately left + had to pay another $40 dollars to have it corrected. Terrible place to get a hair cut. All they did was pull my hair and made it feel like they were cutting my ear. The barber kept breathing into my face and was really annoying.
