I liked bringing my sister here because there is one specific stylist that always does a good job with her hair that she is comfortable with. So, this most recent visit, we called ahead as usual to make sure the specific stylist was there as usual. When we arrived, said stylist was on a quick lunch break. No big deal! We can wait. I’m personally not particular when It comes to who cuts my hair so they take me back right away. I told the woman who cut my hair that I just wanted a trim. She asked if I wanted to freshen the layers too, I said sure. Well, I guess I should be more particular when It comes to stylist because my hair ended up UNEVEN. (longer on one side.) She also changed the entire shape of my haircut by razoring these layers so now I have a haircut that makes me look 30 years older. I wear glasses so I couldn’t see what she was doing the whole time she cut It and I didn’t realize the extent of the issue until i got home and showered. Then, what’s worse is when I’m done, I realize that they had set my sister in some other stylists chair. She was too anxious to say anything. We had expressly stated numerous times at check in that my sister wanted a specific person. That person came back from lunch and was entirely free to take her. We were the only clients in the building. There was no reason to give her to a different stylist. They just disregarded our wishes and didn’t communicate anything. We both left unhappy with our experience. Now I have to find someone to level out my hair and my sister can no longer trust that she will be seen by who she was originally intended to see.

I know that there are staffing issues everywhere. I get it! However, there is no sense of urgency at this salon. They are not proactive with scheduling. 15 people waiting, 2 people working… One who is moving through clients… The other will not stop talking… About partying, concerts, get your buzz on before you go to the show… Things no one in here wants to hear. I understand you want to be friendly and personable, but if you can’t multi task, be aware of your clients, acknowledge your clients, and have a sense of urgency… particularly when you are the “manager”… You need to perhaps rethink either your position, or how to effectively do your job.

Really nice staff. Really good cuts for the price. Probably wouldn’t recommend getting anything super fancy here, but for basic needs? Heck yeah, lotta bang for your buck. I personally love this location.

Second time at this location, different Stylists both times and I was more than satisfied each time. I would definitely suggest checking in online because it can get BUSY very quick on any given day! Both times I had a GREAT experience, GREAT customer service and a GREAT haircut as well. I will DEFINITELY be back, DEFINITELY check in online to avoid any wait and can DEFINITELY say this is a GREAT location for a quick, professional cut.

We did an online check-in and waited in the car. The first available appointment time was over an hour, so that was not ideal, but they took my daughter after only a 10 minute wait inside once we’d reached our appointment time so that was not bad. It was a lot more comfortable waiting in the car than inside. You could tell they were busy.

I would give at least 4 stars but in the past year or so this location has increased the price of a regular men’s cut by several dollars. It was $14 but last year it was suddenly $17 and when I went this past Monday it was $18. The haircuts are decent but as someone who has been a Great Clips customer for years I’m not too fond of the price hike.
