Won’t come back to this business. I dislike having to leave bad review but I just paid $33.00 dollars for a shampoo and what should have been a blowout. What I got was a blow dry and my hair is still damp in the back. No product was applied for styling only the thing used was shampoo and conditioner. The stylist was rough when shampooing my hair (ouch)

Worst experience, Larry was literally shouting when I ask her to cut the hair uniform around the sides. No manners, she is the manager probably thats why she was behaving too bossy, really feel bad for the employees working there. Larry is the Worst!! Its a shame that one ill behavior person blemish the entire brand. She needs behavioral class.

I have been here several times over the few years and had very good experience. Friendly staff, online reservation makes it easy. However this time, the stylist was very rude. Not friendly at all. She did a good job though. If this continues, I will think twice before going there.

The white old lady I had was very rude I showed her a picture and she was very rude and told me just to sit down and show her later. Then when I asked for it just a little shorter she got really mad even though i am paying and said she didn’t have time . Than she cut off way to much and after not getting tip seemed very mad. The stylists at this location are Awesome. I’ve been goin to this location for awhile now and have to say I’ve never had a bad haircut here. They’re all really good, but I always have Christy cut my hair cause she does it perfect! I’d recommend this location to everybody!

It’s definitely not an elite salon, you get what you pay for. The outcome depends a lot on the mood of the stylist you get. There are some better than others for sure. If you’ve a regular one then just stick to them. In general the staff is friendly and welcoming. You can always check in online and then visit to save time.
