Got my haircut last week and I don’t know if it was that the hairdresser was rushing to get through my cut or a lack of actually knowing how to cut hair, but I’ve never received such a bad haircut in my life. It’s the easiest cheapest option for a haircut when you don’t want to spend too much money or time. The mobile app, recently upgraded (02.21.22) makes checking-in ahead of time easy saving you time and waiting at the Salon. The staff at worst is just quiet and at best is extremely friendly. The app allows them to record your haircut preferences so your experience becomes more personalized with each visit.

Horrible experience. The black lady who cut my hair had super long nails and could not even cut my hair without poking and scratching my neck with her long disgusting nails. She could not even hold the scissors correctly and could not hold my hair in order to cut it properly. She tried cutting my hair without holding it with her hand and it was not straight. When I tried to tell her to fix it, she got frustrated and rolled her eyes. The younger stylist next to her laughed. I will never go here again.

Both stylists who were working tonight were unwilling to put on a mask for the 15 minutes it would have taken to cut my hair. Dangerous, irresponsible, and just bad business.
